Two James Spirits Barrel Reserve Old Cockney Gin the-dalmore Matured in Bourbon casks ourJust like our Old Cockney Gin we use a proprietary blend of botanicals and an all organic wheat base. We then rest our gin in new American oak barrels for a minimum of 6 months before we bottle. The oak aging adds a very subtle toasted vanilla note and accentuates the citrus peel.
