As a young wine the aroma was zesty lemon and grapefruit with a hint of dried green herb and spice. These aromas have now been overlaid with gentle toast and spice from the ensuing years in bottle. The palate is lively and generous, with intense citrus fruit flavours and hints of talc, sage oil and lemongrass. The wine finishes clean and dry with refreshing acidity.
