It was made under the creative direction of Roy Halston The dress is made out of a black cotton silk mix that has little white embroidered dots scattered over the entire surface. It is so pretty. To wear it, you simply wrap it around yourself and close it with a series of hook & eyes. One of the hallmarks of a Halston design is the way that he used the very bare
