Shamoji Shop Cooking Spatula Each features one of threeA cooking spatula created with a Miyajima shamoji workshop. This wooden spatula utilises the shape of the shamoji, a traditional Japanese rice paddle, making it excellent for stirring food. We created this in collaboration with Miyajima Crafts Manufacturing, producers of Miyajima shamoji, a specialty product of Miyajima in Hiroshima Prefecture.
