MP SIMONS 1840s Daguerreotype Woman Wearing Bonnet by Philadelphia Photographer winter The Newsweek article claimed thatSixth plate daguerreotype of a woman wearing a bonnet, 1840s, Philadelphia. Mat is stamped "MP SIMONS" in the bottom left corner and "PHILA" in the bottom right. Older, intact seals. Dag has tarnish, but I cannot see any obvious damages. Case is very good with separated covers.
