Delara underlay There is an old patchA very smart 1940s Sarouk carpet from north west Persia. Dark blue cartouche shaped field with dark pink and ivory centre medallion; ivory and dark blue spandrels; all over scrolling flowers and foliage. Dark pink red palmette and floral main border, yellow and pale blue guards. Small crease mark to right selvedge, otherwise in good, even pile. Soft handle. Video here 306 x 222cm
