5Nines Distilling Whisky Hills Cask 45% 700ml welcome-back-offer-2017 which gets its’ name fromRustic Reverie Fruit, Oak, and Hillside Air Matured in ex red wine casks from the Adelaide Hills, this is a whisky that wears its terroir with pride. Fruity, rounded, and just a little wild it's a countryside dram built on sunlight and time. Nose: plum skin, cherry wood, vanilla bean, and toasted oak. There's a lifted note of red apple and baking spice. On the palate: warm and generous stewed stone fruit, clove, raspberry jam, and caramelised malt.
